Job Description:
- Assist with donor relations and customer service.
- Assisting donors and season ticket holders with ticket purchases exchanges and account management and membership services.
- Provide service to members on giving opportunities season ticket benefits parking options and event logistics
- Resolve customer concerns regarding memberships ticketing and event attendance with professionalism and attention to detail
