WE ACCEPT BOTH FEDERAL WORK STUDY & NON-FEDERAL WORK STUDY STUDENTS

Overview:
Responsible for promoting a welcome environment to prospectivestudents and their families by assisting the Admissions Department in performing various functions essential to recruitment managing and assisting in executing campus visits as well as assisting recruiters and admissions counselors in their daily duties.

Not every student worker for admissions will have the same responsibilities. Some will be more guest/forward facing while others will do more behind the scenes roles to serve our admissions staff. However all roles are essential to the recruitment of prospective students.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Give Tours to prospective students parents and high school groups.
  • Assist reception desk by answering and transferring phone calls.
  • Assisting admissions counselors and recruiters in their daily tasks
  • Preparing a project timeline and executing follow-through.
  • Assisting with social media promotion
  • Assist the Campus Engagement coordinator in designing and implementing recruitment programming.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Possess strong organizational interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Highly motivated result driven and self-starter work ethic.
  • Committed to the Mission & Vision to MNU.
  • One year of customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
