Job Summary
Shawsheen Valley Technical High School is seeking a Student Support Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year to provide targeted support to students in coordination with the Deans Office and Support Services Department. The paraprofessional assigned to this role will help to manage student behavior and maintain effective learning environments through student supervision various duties and by providing specialized support and targeted behavioral interventions to identified at-risk students as assigned. Candidate must be an organized flexible team player who can maintain student confidentiality establish appropriate boundaries with students take direction from and work collaboratively with staff and have strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience effectively supervising students in a vocational/technical high school setting preferred. Associates degree or higher preferred.
