The Student Success Operations Coordinator provides the operational infrastructure that enables student success initiatives to be delivered consistently effectively and at scale. This position designs coordinates andmaintainssystems processes calendars and reporting structures that support advising retention and proactive student position will work closely with the campus Slate team and Institutional Research and Analytics to advance student success that student success strategies are translated into clear workflows reliable timelinesaccuratedata and actionable reportingreducing advisor burden while improving the student role focuses heavily on implementation and organization.

• Bachelors

  Relevant field of study

  (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

• Minimum of two years experience in related field; equivalent education in lieu of experience will be considered.

• Skills Proficiencies and/or Knowledge:

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  Demonstrated experience coordinating initiatives with defined timelines and reporting expectations.

• Masters
• Skills Proficiencies and/or Knowledge:

  Experience working with a student success CRM or advising system.

  Experience developing and maintaining data tracking tools reporting templates and summary reports.
