Job Summary

Job Title:	School of Health Sciences Deans Office Assistant
Department:	School of Health Sciences
Student Employment Type:	Federal Work Study
Responsibilities:	Greeting visitors to Deans Office Suite and assisting with inquiries. Typing recapping notes filing copying errands on campus (example: color copy jobs at color printer on 3^rd floor & pick up order(s) at QU Bookstore) assistance with mailings preparation projects for upcoming SHS events stuffing marketing one sheeters into folders for distribution etc. Assist in creation of School Newsletter Assist in inventory tracking of all SHS promotional advertising products Assistance with the stocking of items in SHS Supply Closet Sorting and/or delivering daily mail for SHS / SON & Graduate Office Responsible for keeping the SHS Kitchen well stocked on a daily basis (example: K-Cup pods and water for the refrigerator and paper for the copier) Assist with other departments within the School of Health Sciences. Minimal lifting may be required.
Qualifications:	Personable and friendly to work on a constant basis with faculty staff students and visitors. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficient in Delivera publishing software a plus. Transportation to the North Haven Campus. Juniors Seniors or enrolled in coursework on the North Haven campus preferred but not required.
Hours of Position:	Monday Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
