Job Summary

Job Title:Masonicare Administrative Support Intern
Department:Office of Community Engagement
Student Employment Type:Federal Work Study
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data entry filing scanning copying and electronic records organization
  • Prepare routine correspondence spreadsheets meeting materials and presentations
  • Assist in coordinating calendars meetings room reservations and departmental activities
  • Organize shared files and help maintain accurate department records and logs
  • Respond professionally to basic questions and direct requests to the appropriate team member
  • Support mailings supply inventories and other general office needs
  • Complete short-term administrative projects and other intern-level
Qualifications:
  • Interest in healthcare aging services senior living or business operations is helpful
  • Strong oral and written communication skills interpersonal and customer-service skills
  • Organized dependable detail-orientated and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
Hours of Position:
  • Student will be expected to work up to 6 hours per week between the hours of 9am 5pm Monday through Friday.
  • Occasional weekend and evening hours may be necessary to assist with special events and meetings.
