Student Athletics Men's Equipment Cage Assistant 2026-27

General Statement of Duties: Provide equipment services to the mens sports teams.

• Issue equipment and uniforms before games/contests
• Collect equipment and uniforms following games/contests
• Perform laundry services for practices and games
• Store and organize game uniforms
• Maintain upkeep in the mens equipment storage area

Given the unique schedule demands of athletic competition and travel this position is often a good fit for student-athletes who can complete laundry duties promptly after returning from games.

Compensation and Benefits

• Rate of Pay: $16.45/hour
• Minnesota Sick and Safe Time
• Not eligible for health insurance benefits

Qualifications :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Augsburg University full-time student
• Work-study eligible
• Available to work nights and weekends

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in G Suite software services (Gmail Calendar Docs Sheets)
• Interest and/or understanding of athletics operations
• On-campus resident
