Student Assistant Football (Fall)

Position Introduction:

University of Oklahoma Football is seeking enthusiastic student workers interested in assisting with football office operations and clerical recruiting duties under the direction of the football recruiting office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with weekly pre-event duties
• Organize and file recruit information
• Consolidate recruiting databases
• Organize weekly mail
• Prepare forms name tags receipts recruiting material and any tasks associated with visit preparation as assigned by recruiting team
• Research programs social media reporting from PSA cutting film effort/loft evaluation
• Assist the creative media staff with content creation

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

• Basic office/clerical skills (copying laminating addressing envelopes etc.)
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers superior and supporters of Oklahoma Athletics

Department Preferences:

• Candidates interested in pursuing a career in intercollegiate or professional sports
• Additional experience in customer service or sports industry
