Aspen Careers is partnering with a top 20 Am Law 100 firmto identify Midlevel Associates for its growing Structured Transactions practice. Opportunities are available in Chicago New York Philadelphia and Washington DC.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with corporate finance securitization or structured finance experience to join a highly respected global firm. The group is especially interested in associates with experience involving asset-backed securities RMBS CLOs receivables financing warehouse facilities or other structured finance transactions.

Job Title: Structured Transactions Midlevel Associate

Locations: Chicago IL; New York NY; Philadelphia PA; or Washington DC

Work Schedule: Hybrid with attorneys generally expected to work in the office Tuesday through Thursday.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has approximately 35 years of law firm experience handling corporate and/or finance transactions.
• Has meaningful experience in structured finance securitization or asset-backed finance.
• Experience with ABS RMBS CLOs receivables financing warehouse facilities forward-flow transactions or similar products is highly preferred.
• Can manage key parts of a transaction and is prepared to take greater ownership of deals.
• Has experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Is comfortable communicating with clients opposing counsel and other parties involved in a transaction.
• Has strong analytical writing organizational and project-management skills.
• Can manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong academic credentials and a record of professional achievement.
• Is an active member of the bar in the state or jurisdiction of the selected office.
