- Client will also consider someone capable of acquiring KY licensing via comity (e.g. someone with a P.E. license from another state).
- Licensing can be secured via professional licensing review of NCEES Record Application Fee Work History and References.
- 5 years experience in a consulting environment designing building structures.
- LEED Green Associate
- Design skills should include steel concrete masonry wood and aluminum.
- Project experience should include: water/wastewater treatment heavy industrial commercial and institutional facilities/buildings.
- Extensive material design code knowledge.
- Producing construction documents consisting of plans sections and details in 2D & 3D smart structural schedules specifications and estimates.
- Knowledge of current industry BIM and National CADD standards.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word Excel Power Point Outlook OneNote and OneDrive.
- Skilled in BIM Modeling and drafting in BricsCAD and RAM Structural analysis/STAAD (or equivalent) expertise
- Project management abilities.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- High ability to communicate and coordinate with team members.
- High level of organizational & time management skills and attention to detail.

- MSCE with structural focus
- Constructing structural Revit BIM analytical/physical models that can be round-tripped to and from structural analysis programs
- MicroStation
- LEED AP certification
