Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Structural Engineer Project Manager to lead structural engineering projects from planning through this remote role you will oversee project execution coordinate multidisciplinary teams manage client relationships and ensure that structural designs meet safety quality budget and schedule requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage structural engineering projects throughout all phases of design and construction
  • Lead project planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation
  • Prepare and review structural calculations drawings specifications and technical reports
  • Coordinate with architects contractors consultants and clients
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes regulations and industry standards
  • Monitor project progress identify risks and implement solutions to maintain schedules and budgets
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and oversee project deliverables
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams
  • Support business development efforts proposals and client presentations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required; SE license preferred
  • 5 years of structural engineering experience with project management responsibilities
  • Proficiency with structural design software such as SAP2000 ETABS RISA or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of building codes construction methods and structural systems
  • Excellent leadership communication and client management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
