Job Summary

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 5 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field
At least 1 year of Revit experience
Preference of experience in light manufacturing facility design
Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
Should have and display strong communication skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

Maintain effective communications with department members and higher management
Perform 3D modeling in Revit.
Assist in creation of contract drawings

The position can be remote or near the clientsoffice. Remote position is justified because the role does not require client- and contractor-face-to-face interaction and coordination on the project is already executed remotely.
Conversion after six months would be ideal.
