We are seeking a Structural Design Engineer to support the rapid design development and deployment of temporary structures in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders vendors and field teams to gather requirements develop fabrication-ready design packages and ensure structures meet safety quality and performance standards.

Pay Rate: $49.00 - $54.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday (Overtime as Needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather clarify and document structural and functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain fabrication-ready design packages for external vendors and contractors.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes safety standards and site-specific conditions.
• Coordinate with vendors during fabrication to resolve RFIs design questions and technical issues.
• Incorporate engineering changes and design revisions in a dynamic project environment.
• Maintain revision-controlled drawings calculations and engineering documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during fabrication construction and installation activities.
• Evaluate structural performance constructability and installation requirements.
• Support field teams by resolving technical issues and implementing practical engineering solutions.

• Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3 years of structural civil or mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience producing fabrication-ready design packages for vendors and contractors.
• Proficiency with CAD and engineering design software.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles fabrication processes and construction practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.
