PAY RATE: $44/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier aerospace client.

• Job Type: Contract (3 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen lawful permanent resident or protected individual) as defined under ITAR regulations

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

• Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary

• If previously employed by a major aerospace manufacturer are you eligible for rehire consideration

Summary:

• Perform stretch press and hand rout operations on aerospace parts and assemblies

• Work with complex parts requiring close tolerances and precision measurements

• Read and follow engineering drawings and specifications

• Develop forming methods techniques and tooling as needed

• Adjust and maintain heat gas and hydraulic control systems

• Fabricate and assemble mechanical structural and plumbing components

• Use test equipment to inspect and verify part conformity

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Stretch Press and/or Hand Route Operator experience

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Experience working with precision measuring and test equipment

• Must be able to stand and work for the entire 8-hour shift

• Must be available for overtime and weekend work as required

• Must be able to pass required background checks

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR)
