Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Strategy Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence innovation and long-term growth. This role is responsible for translating strategic vision into actionable programs optimizing business processes and ensuring successful execution across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong consulting or corporate strategy experience with a proven track record in managing complex transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of strategic transformation initiatives across business units
  • Translate organizational goals into actionable roadmaps milestones and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization cost reduction and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align transformation strategies with business objectives
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic programs
  • Monitor progress using KPIs dashboards and performance metrics
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
  • Conduct market analysis competitive benchmarking and business case development
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives
  • Present insights progress updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Strategy Finance or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 510 years of experience in strategy management consulting or business transformation roles
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or change management initiatives
  • Strong analytical financial modeling and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Agile)
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic and remote environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
