Job Description:

A Strategy Director is the day-to-day strategy lead across a brand(s). They are responsible for making sure the agency delivers on its client commiitments and strategy deliverables. They are trusted partners to senior clients CDs ADs and agency partner leads.

Trusted client creative and account leadership partner and advisor.

Strong writer: foundational brand and social strategies briefs cases presentations.

Demonstrates strong business and research acumen.

Adept in a range of research and data approaches to arrive consistently at business audience and cultural solutions.

Thought leadership: helps agency and client teams understand whats next in their categories in culture in advertising.

Guide effective creative development from briefing through measurement.

Comfortable gaining the trust of clients experience across a range of verticals.

Strong support/management of less experienced strategists that helps them perform at their best.

Comfortablle leading a team across multiple projects.

Measurement/effectiveness

$165-$195

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time and many of our agencies as well as Omnicoms corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
