Job Summary
Provide dedicated proactive engagement for Medicare groups ensuring consistent communication personalized support and coordinated internal collaboration improving relationship development and enhanced conflict resolution. Support the Account Manager with implementation and retention to include but not limited to member meetings and events enrollment meetings and industry events. Assist with improving closing percentage and retention.
Responsible for relationship development with key constituents including administrative staff:
Builds relationships and attends major events and chapter meetings with associations and unions that represent assigned groups
Manages the enrollment process end to end including scheduling and planning of open enrollment meetings
Successfully onboarding and retaining EGWP groups:
Proactive consistent communication with group leadership.
Coordinated internal collaboration across Medicare Customer Service and operations.
Early identification and mitigation of member or group level issues.
A single accountable relationship owner to ensure continuity and trust.
Functions as an inter-department liaison with Marketing Operations and Customer Service:
Verifies correct benefit set-up with group administration
Works with enrollment to ensure members are processed correctly especially as members age into Medicare
Trains support staff to help with retail presentations
Conflict resolution between EGWP clients and internal departments of Priority Health
Required:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and/or experience
Preferred
3 years of relevant experience health insurance industry
LIC-Michigan Health & Life Insurance License - STATEMI State of Michigan 90 Days
