• 25 years of experience in operations account management or customer success with a strong focus on ownership and results.
• Proven track record of driving success in early-stage startups ideally having joined when the team was under 25 people or during Seed/Series A funding.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on tight deadlines.
• A passion for customer engagement and a commitment to creating lasting partnerships.

• Experience in the Internet marketplace or recruitment industry.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools to track performance metrics and inform strategic decisions.
• Previous involvement in startup environments where adaptability and innovation were crucial.
