Role Definition

  • Coordinate management of multiple related high-priority and/or high-risk projects where the projects scope is aligned with key strategic initiatives. Lead project teams to deliver complex business integration implementation projects and continuous improvement/lean efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Apply program and project management principles to manage scope timeline resources stakeholders and risk throughout the lifecycle of stategic initiatives.
  • Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements.
  • Providing technical training and guidance for continous improvement on the planning development and implementation of process improvement.
  • Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically.

  • Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan organize monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Six Sigma Methodology: Knowledge of the concepts of six sigma DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve and Control ) methodology; ability to use the methodology to improve the manufacturing processes and control the improvements by eliminating root causes.

Compensation & Benefits:

Summary Pay Range:$118860.00 - $190176.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individualperformanceand experience. Please note that salary is only onecomponentof total compensation at Caterpillar.
