The Strategic Lead will work cross-functionally with internal teams external stakeholders and leadership to identify opportunities for growth improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable outcomes. Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Lead the development implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives and long-term organizational with senior leadership to define strategic priorities goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).Conduct in-depth market research competitive analysis and environmental scanning to identify trends and opportunities relevant to the as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders managing relationships and ensuring consistent communication across all levels of the strategic planning sessions workshops and briefings with internal teams and external and present detailed reports briefings and recommendations to senior leadership and government the progress of strategic initiatives identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful cross-functional teams around shared strategic goals and ensure accountability for continuous improvement efforts by evaluating current processes and identifying areas for increased efficiency and business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development and partnership and Experience:Required:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Strategic Management Public Administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.7 years of experience in strategic planning management consulting program management or a related experience leading strategic initiatives and driving organizational :Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) Strategic Management or a related working in or supporting a federal or state government Skills and Competencies:Exceptional communication skills in English both written and oral and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational ability to develop execute and monitor strategic plans and analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear actionable ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders partners and facilitating meetings workshops and strategic planning sessions with diverse in developing executive-level briefings reports and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct with project management principles and to obtain public trust Skills and Competencies:Experience working in a federal or state government IT or professional services of business development processes including capture management and proposal with Agile or other iterative project management Management Professional (PMP) certification or with data visualization and strategic planning tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar Equal Employment Opportunity Policy:The company is an equal opportunity employer.
