THE POSITION

As a Strategic Insights Analyst youll work closely with operational leaders and clients to solve operational challenges and drive growth. This is not a traditional reporting role youll combine data analysis commercial thinking and stakeholder engagement to deliver insights that drive action.

• Translate complex data into clear commercially focused recommendations
• Partner with operational teams to solve customer revenue and performance challenges
• Manage dashboards data models and analyses that drive decision making
• Present insights and influence stakeholders through compelling storytelling
• Identify trends opportunities and areas for continuous improvement
• Support experimentation testing and innovation across venue operations

THE PERSON

Were looking for an outcome focused problem solver who enjoys working with people just as much as data.

• Experience in analytics strategy consulting research or commercial roles
• Strong ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience using data to solve business problems and influence outcomes
• Proficiency with SQL Excel and/or BI tools such as Power BI
• Curious proactive and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
• Hospitality retail customer experience or venue operations experience will be highly regarded
