Strategic Finance
We are a hot AI Tech Startup backed by Sequioa and Kleiner Perkins. We just launched our product 11 months ago and we are currently valued at $2.1 billion. We are forming a world-class team of strategic finance engineers designers marketers sellers researchers and operational experts to achieve our mission.
We are growing quickly and were making our first Strategic Finance hire to support that growth. Ultimately youll get a front row seat to a fast-growing AI-native startup with hands-on experience across finance and operations.
In this position you will play a critical role in driving the strategy insights and financial modeling that enable the company to scale.
Qualifications
Ideally you are analytical but practical and you come from Growth Strategic Finance BizOps and have worked in a high-rigor analytical environment (consulting investment banking PE etc.) and youve also spent meaningful time at a startup ideally in B2B software or AI. Youre comfortable with AI tools and have used them to do real work. You have somewhere between 4 and 10 years of experience total.
You will own the corporate model and all budgeting and planning. You will manage all of the critical inputs to our gross margins. Drive a deeper understanding of the fully loaded investment and profitability of each of our product families.
Assist with product roadmap planning new product launch initiatives and cross-functional coordination across the company.
You have strong modeling and data skills. You can effortlessly translate business concepts and frameworks to well-structured spreadsheet models and have the analytical toolkit to autonomously generate insights through data. Fluency in database concepts SQL and modern BI tools is a big plus.
You have high academic achievement from a leading university. (Optional) top-tier MBA.
