Strategic Finance Manager

The Strategic Finance Manager leads business strategy data analysis and alignment of financial goals with business objectives. This role is critical in the successful execution of the Companys long-range financial plan and provides data-driven insights in support of strategic initiatives across the company including M&A. The position monitors trends and developments in the industry economy and capital markets while conducting research and analysis of internal and external financial business and technology trends including long-term financial modeling.

• Maintain a detailed 3-statement financial model valuation model and other relevant industry and market models to support strategic decision-making.
• Support strategic short and long-term business decisions through financial modeling and analysis of investment opportunities.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on company financial performance including metrics to help meet long-term growth plans.
• Develop forecasts and analysis regarding customer and ARR-related metrics while providing thought leadership on the implications of these metrics.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities through variance analysis scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Develop and present dashboards reports and executive summaries highlighting financial performance and KPIs to senior leadership.

• Bachelors degreein Business Finance Accounting Economics or a related field with5 years of related experiencein a senior financial or strategic role preferably in Enterprise SaaS within a high-growth environment.
• Prior experience in investment bankingwith a strong understanding of financial statements including income statement balance sheet and cash flow statement along with strong financial modeling skills.
• Strong experience withFP&A and BI analytics tools including Adaptive Insights and Power BI.
• Strongbusiness partnering experiencewith a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
• Excellentproblem-solving critical thinking and analytical skillswith the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

• Excellentinterpersonal skillswith the ability to maintain solid rapport with team members and professionalism with those outside of the department.
• Experience at aPrivate Equity portfolio company.
• Excellentleadership sound judgment and business acumenwith a track record of driving strategic outcomes.
• Excellentverbal and written communication and presentation skillsthat demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
• Demonstrated ability to conductmarket analysis and industry benchmarkingto inform and shape growth strategies.

The salary range for this role is$140000 $155000. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The listed range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors including but not limited to qualifications skills and experience.
