LiveHappy Initiative is seeking an experienced professional for a remote Strategic Communications Manager role in the leadership and personal development sector.

This is a self-directed performance-based role rather than a traditional salaried position. It offers a flexible schedule and can be pursued full-time or alongside an existing career or other commitments.

Youll use established digital marketing and communication systems to generate interest connect with prospective clients and introduce leadership and personal development programs to people exploring positive change.

What Youll Do

• Use proven digital marketing and communication systems to generate and manage interest
  

• Connect with people who have requested additional information
  

• Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals and assess alignment
  

• Share clear relevant information about our programs and professional model
  

• Develop relationships through thoughtful communication and consistent follow-up
  

• Manage your own marketing communications prospect engagement and CRM activity
  

• Work independently within an established step-by-step process
  

• Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
