Job Summary
The Straightener is responsible for straightening parts and checking the straightness of parts in accordance with work instructions to meet customer requirements. This position will be located at our facility in Warsaw IN on a2nd shift Youll Do:Responsible for strengthening parts per customer orders in Straightening area for paperwork accuracy verify count and move to next locationFollow urgent needs jobs through the straightening area to guarantee deliveryRuns production in accordance with established procedures and guidelinesMaintain production quality to customer requirementsRead and interpret blueprints and work operation sheets to determine appropriate operations to be key job status to Departmental Supervisor or Manufacturing ManagerCross train in other finishing with all company policies and proceduresOther duties as Youll Need:Ability to multi-task and prioritize and work with a sense of urgencyRead and interpret blueprints and work operation sheets to determine appropriate operation to be performedAbility to use dial indicatorsGood interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to lift 50 -starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentMinimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
