We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Store Manager who can cultivate a culture of care collaboration and this role youll take ownership of total store operations.

- Profitability and Financial Management:
- Manage store budgets including payroll productivity and other operational expenses to ensure financial targets are met
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Implement strategies to drive sales and profitability while controlling costs
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring compliance with local state and federal laws as well as internal audits and policies
- Delegate responsibilities equitably to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout the store
- Merchandising and Sales:
- Ensure the store is well-stocked clean and visually appealing
- Oversee merchandising efforts including product placement promotions and inventory management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals
- Community Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations within the local community participating in and supporting community events and initiatives
- Promote the stores community engagement programs and encourage team participation
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Create and maintain a culture of best-in-class customer service promoting a positive environment for both internal and external customers
- Ensure customers experience a well-stocked store with the freshest product offerings
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Implement strategies to continuously improve the customer experience
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Retail Management or a related field or equivalent years of work experience
- Minimum of 5 years in retail management with a strong understanding of all store operations
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills inspiring and guiding teams to achieve goals
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication interpersonal planning and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- High level of customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Effective organizational time management and delegation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

The salary range for this position is $74400-$150000
