What Youll Do

• Provideexceptionalcustomer service while sharing the Sea Bags brand story.
• Engage customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Lead and support store operations ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Motivate and develop the team to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
• Foster a positive and team-oriented store environment.
• Ensure proper execution of merchandising inventory management and store presentation.
• Train employees on company policies sales strategies and product knowledge.
• Handle sales transactions returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
  

What Were Looking For

• Acustomer-focusedmindset with a passion for engaging with people.
• A team player willing to jump in and support wherever needed.
• Previous successful experience as a retail store manager supervisor or in a leadership role.
• Strong customer service and people management skills.
• A motivator who inspires and engages their team.
• Ability to clearly communicate processes and instructions both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Experience using POS systems with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Availability to work a flexible seasonal schedule including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.
