Store Manager Automotive

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy tire and automotive service location. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong customer service sales and team management skills who can drive store performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store ensuring efficiency safety and profitability.
  
• Lead coach and develop store employees to achieve individual and team goals.
  
• Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving concerns and building long-term customer relationships.
  
• Drive sales by promoting tires automotive services and related products.
  
• Monitor key performance metrics sales goals and operational expenses.
  
• Oversee inventory levels ordering receiving and merchandising of products.
  
• Coordinate workflow between sales staff and service technicians to maximize productivity.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and operational procedures.
  
• Handle scheduling hiring onboarding and performance management of employees.
  
• Maintain a clean organized and professional store environment.
  

• 3 years of retail or automotive management experience preferably in a tire or automotive service environment.
  
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving sales performance.
  
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  
• Experience with inventory management scheduling and daily store operations.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to analyze business performance and implement improvements.
  
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office.
  
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record is preferred.
