Hours: Full Time.

Community is at the heart of our mission and were looking for a passionate team to help bring this exciting new space to life hosting from the heart and creating unforgettable experiences.

The Store Manager Mission:

As our first Store Manager in Austin you will be at the forefront of an exciting new chapter in A&Ms journey helping to shape our presence in one of the most vibrant markets in the world. As an inspirational leader with strong commercial acumen you will deliver the most memorable and engaging in-store experience bringing Experiential Retail to life. Championing our core values you will play an integral part of the continued growth and expansion of the brand whilst leading and developing your team with growth always at the forefront.

• Inspire and empower your team to truly Host from the Heart - guiding them to radiate warmth be fully present take ownership of every interaction and bring intention to the smallest moments. Youll create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen valued and cared for

• You will inspire support and coach your team to truly flourish and grow in their roles by adopting a reverse leadership approach in order to cultivate high-performing and truly engaged teams

• Youre a clear and confident communicator and comfortable with delivering feedback on the shop floor observing & delivering in the moment

• Youll lead the way in ensuring strong numbers are achieved through inventory management VM store layouts and experiential retail

• Ensure efficient and effective operational processes in your store to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction

• Youll commit to continuously optimising your social and environmental impact from both large to small decisions staying committed within your role to together growing a sustainable business

• Youll build brand loyalty by promoting our CRM scheme hosting events and engaging with your local community in this exciting new market for us

• A values champion and brand ambassador you are the role model for your store team and our values resonate deeply with you

• This role is ideal for anyone with experience as a Store Manager

• You have a strong presence high on influencing your energy is infectious and authentically inspires those around you

• You have the ability to develop and mentor a high-performing team to create an environment fostered by learning growth and development
