As the Store Logistics Lead youll report to the Head of Mulhalls Garden Home and be responsible for unloading verifying and receiving all products and supplies delivered to the garden store. Youll also be the go-to person for all things Mulhalls Merch including picking packing shipping and directly responding to customer questions. Youll communicate and collaborate with team members in other divisions to solve issues and maintain accurate inventory and youll help train our seasonal Logistics team members all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.

YOUR IMPACT

• Model our Customer Journey: The 15:5 Rule Be the Guide Keep It Seamless Forget-Me-Nots and Close the Deal
• Champion the physical inventory process at the Store by creating inventory maps and managing the download station on physical count days
• Manage the Mulhalls Merch process by picking packing and shipping customer orders and responding to all customer communication within 24 hours
• Lead the receiving process receiving orders into our inventory system within 24 hours of the order arriving at the warehouse

• A belief in and passion for our purpose beautifying our community
• 2 years of receiving experience preferred
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• The ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a consistently positive response to pressure
• A supportive team player who anticipates problems and works collaboratively to solve them
• The ability to bend and lift 50 pounds stand for long periods and work in a variety of weather conditions
