Store Director

The Store Director is responsible for directing and supervising all functions and activities of the retail store and its personnel to achieve sales labor customer service and profitability goals. The Store Director provides leadership to ensure a safe productive and customer-focused environment while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Lead coach and develop department managers and store associates.

• Bachelors degree in Business Retail Management or related field.
• Grocery or food retail management experience.
• Experience managing high-volume retail operations.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift push pull and carry products and materials consistent with store operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move throughout all areas of the store and perform managerial oversight functions.

• Retail grocery store environment.
