Store (Brand) Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Brand Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our brand strategies. The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing brand awareness and ensuring all marketing efforts align with the companys overall goals.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and behavior.
5. Manage relationships with external partners agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns.
6. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
7. Oversee the production of marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to brand health and marketing effectiveness.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Brand Manager or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to think creatively and strategically.
6. Experience in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
7. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
8. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. Masters degree in Marketing or related field.
2. Certification in Brand Management.
3. Experience in the consumer goods or retail industry.
