Love shoes Love helping people Join our team at Shoe Carnival! Were looking for a friendly enthusiastic Store Associate who enjoys creating great experiences for customers. If you have strong people skills a positive attitude and can handle basic math while working a register you might be the perfect fit.
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories
- Operate the register: handle cash give change and process returns
- Use basic math and counting skills for transactions
- Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers
- Keep displays neat organized and well-stocked
- Support loss prevention and store cleanliness
What Were Looking For:
- Great communication and listening skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability (evenings weekends holidays)
- Must be at least 16 years old
