Store Assistant Job description

Assist in the daily operations of a retail environment including

During peak times cashier duties and selling duties
Guide and assist students with hourly responsibilities
Guide students to help problem solve and troubleshoot
Welcoming and servicing customers while processing sales and refund transactions
Arranging window displays accordingly
Check and maintain inventory
Restock organize and maintain inventory area
Receiving processing and organizing shipments and deliveries
Resolve customer complaints
Ensure that the sales floor is well-maintained
Monitoring customer activities to prevent incidents of shoplifting
