Stick Welders

Location: Jeffersonville IN
Project Duration: 4 weeks
Pay Rate:$32/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Structural Stick Welders for a commercial project Shelbyville KY. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints and performing welds using Stick welding process.

• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and fabrication plans

• Fit and assemble structural steel components according to specifications

• Perform Stick welding to secure assemblies

• Verify measurements alignments and tolerances for accuracy

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

• Previous experience as a Structural Welder in the field

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Ability to work overtime and maintain reliable attendance

• Must pass all pre-employment screenings including drug testing and background check
