Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. • Prepares tableware for washing
• Collects all soiled pots washes and restacks cleaned pots on shelves
• Responsible for removal of garbage and refuse
• Mops and sweeps floors
• Washes walls and ceiling tiles
• Cleans and sanitizes all cooking equipment
• Proper maintenance and distribution of company assets
• Sets up dishwashing machine
• Stacks and stores clean dishes in proper kitchen areas

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months experience previous kitchen work experience
• Sanitation certificate from local Health Department
• Must stand for long periods
• Must be able to follow directions

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push pull carry and lift up to 25 lbs. and the ability to push pull reach bend twist stoop stack crouch kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
