Join our Food & Beverage team and play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences by maintaining a clean organized and sanitary kitchen environment. As a Steward youll support our culinary team and help ensure smooth daily operations.

What Youll Do

• Wash sanitize and properly store dishes glassware utensils pots pans and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations kitchen areas and storage rooms.
• Remove trash and recycling while keeping work areas clean and safe.
• Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies for the culinary team.
• Follow all food safety sanitation and company standards.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and food preparation areas as needed.
• Work closely with the culinary team to support efficient kitchen operations.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Dependability punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous steward dishwasher or kitchen experience is a plus but not requiredwere happy to train motivated candidates.
