About the Job:

Responsible for the decontamination preparation and sterilization of supplies instruments and equipment.

What Youll Do:

• Follows duty roster to fulfill workstation assignment.
• Decontaminates prepares and sterilizes equipment and supplies per Elliot Hospital and infection control rules.
• Runs steam sterrad sterilizer washer decontaminators cart washer ultrasonics and dryer.
• Reports broken equipment and supplies to shift leader and manager immediately for follow-up.
• Labels and assembles healthcare instrument trays.
• Maintains steam sterrad and biological monitoring records.
• Answers phone calls.
• Creates linen packs inspects delints and folds as needed.

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience preferred.
