You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: The Sterile Processing Technician II is responsible for inspecting cleaning assembling and sterilizing surgical instrument sets to support safe and effective patient care. This role operates cleaning and sterilization equipment to ensure instruments and supplies meet quality and safety standards. The technician prepares supplies and equipment for both steam and low-temperature sterilization and maintains compliance with departmental and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in supporting surgical services through accuracy efficiency and adherence to sterile processing protocols.

Work Location: On-site (Baltimore MD)

Shift: Full-time Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. 11:30 p.m.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required

Required Licensure Certification On-going Training: Certification required through one of the following: CBSPD HSPA or IAHCSMM

Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of instrument processing experience required

Additional Information: $5000 Sign-On Bonus

Salary Range: Minimum 26.22/hour - Maximum 26.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
