Sterile Processing Tech Trainee

Behind every successful procedure is a team ensuring equipment is safe sterile and ready. As a Sterile Processing Technician you play a vital role in protecting patients and supporting clinical teams.

Through paid on-the-job training youll learn how to:

• Decontaminate and clean medical instruments
• Perform sterilization processes
• Assemble and package surgical instruments
• Manage storage and distribution of supplies and equipment

Youll also gain exposure to:

• Infection prevention protocols
• Quality and safety standards
• The full sterile processing lifecycle

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday
• Multiple Shifts Available: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM or 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Location: La Crosse WI
• Pay: $16.20/hour

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete a sterile processing cohort or training program within 6 months of hire
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Interest in a hands-on healthcare career
