Job Summary
- Clean inspect assemble and sterilize surgical instruments equipment and procedural trays in accordance with established standards
- Operate and monitor sterilization equipment including autoclaves and washer-disinfectors to ensure proper processing
- Adhere to AAMI AORN and OSHA standards to maintain infection prevention safety and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation tracking records and inventory to support efficient department operations
- Collaborate effectively with surgical clinical and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and workflow efficiency
- Overseeing daily departmental operations and workflow coordination
- Coaching mentoring and supporting team members to promote growth and accountability
- Ensuring compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and service excellence
High School Diploma or GED
CRCST or CBSPD certification
Minimum 3 years of Sterile Processing experience
CRCST or CBSPD certification
An Associates Degree is required for Supervisor Manager Director and Consultant Roles
CHL or CIS certification (preferred)
Minimum 6 years of Sterile Processing experience including leadership responsibilities
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards

Required Skills:
