- Manage multiple structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with owners general contractors architects engineers fabricators detailers vendors and field superintendents.
- Review contracts shop drawings RFIs submittals and change orders.
- Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- Track project costs billings and profitability.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and regular progress meetings.
- Support field crews by resolving project issues and ensuring efficient execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and contractual requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business.
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in structural steel miscellaneous metals or commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Experience managing project schedules budgets and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Bluebeam Procore Tekla EPM/FabTrol or similar construction management software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
