Steel Detailing Project Manager

An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Maryland Heights MO area for an individual with 3-5 years experience as a Detailing Project Manager with a background in Steel frame and fabrication projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits a 401K plan generous PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3-5 years of Steel Detailing experience with some Project Management experience preferably working with commercial projects.
• Experience with budgeting estimating manpower planning and blueprint-reading is a MUST
• Familiarity assembling submittals pulling permits and preparing reports on a weekly/monthly basis is a MUST
• Experience developing site safety plans and conducting inspections is a MUST
• AutoCAD BIM and/or REVIT experience is a BIG PLUS
• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is a BIG PLUS

• Vocational School / Certifications in Manufacturing Engineering or Construction Management is a BIG PLUS
