Promesa Academy Charter School is seeking a creative and motivated Elementary STEAM Learning Facilitator to support hands-on learning experiences in science technology engineering art and mathematics.

The Elementary STEAM Learning Facilitator will help students explore STEAM concepts through engaging activities projects technology integration and collaborative learning. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children supporting classroom instruction and helping students build creativity problem-solving skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging STEAM activities for elementary students.

• Support hands-on project-based learning in science technology engineering art and math.

• Assist students with activities involving creativity design technology building coding robotics or problem-solving.

• Help maintain a safe organized and positive learning environment.

• Support teachers and campus leadership with STEAM-related lessons events and showcases.

• Encourage student collaboration curiosity creativity and critical thinking.

• Prepare materials organize supplies and assist with classroom setup and cleanup.

• Provide support to students individually or in small groups.

• Help monitor student engagement and communicate student needs to teachers or administrators.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associates degree college coursework or bachelors degree preferred.

• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.

• Interest or experience in STEAM technology robotics coding engineering art or project-based learning preferred.

• Strong communication organization and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work well with children and support a positive learning environment.
