Job Description

The Procurement Analystneeds to be self-driven andis tasked with pinpointing opportunities for cost reduction enhancing suppliereffectiveness and minimizing risks associated with contracts.In collaboration with themembers of the procurement and contract management team this rolemaintainssupplier catalogs within the e-Procurement systemleads the development andmanagement of system-wideumbrellacontractsensures adherenceto both organizational policies and state statutesprovidescomprehensive reporting andtheprovidestraining on diverse reporting instruments. Additionally the position involves scrutinizing business proceduresidentifyingpotential improvements and guaranteeingoptimalprocurement and contract management strategies. The ideal candidate for this role shouldpossessexceptional attention to detail advanced analytical skills and the capacity to articulate intricate data findings in a coherent manner.

Salary Range:

$28.75 - $42.16/hourly ($60030 - $88030/annually)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Three (3) or moreyears of experience in business analysis procurement or contract management.A bachelors degree in business Supply Chain Management or a related field may substitute for one (1) year of experience.

  • Comprehensive understanding of procurement and contract management processes.IncludingKnowledge of e-procurementsystems anddata analytictools.

  • Possess strong digital dexterity to navigate integrate andoptimizethe use of digital tools in procurement processes.

  • Strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualification

  • Masters degree in business Supply Chain Management ora relatedfield.

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) or Procurement (e.g. CIPS).

  • 5 years of experience in a higher education setting specifically in procurement and contract management.

  • Experience with leading e-procurement platforms and contract management systems.

  • Familiarity with higher education systems and their unique challenges.
