Job Summary

Pine Trace is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional team as Starters and Rangers. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Compensation$13.73 per hour

Responsibilities

We welcome and train all experience levels. As a Starter and Ranger your daily duties will include:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.

• Manage the guest experience at the tee including greeting guests checking tee times and player counts and directing groups to the correct starting tees.

• Monitor and manage the pace of play accurately recording start turn and finish times for golfers.

• Perform essential cart staff duties during the spring and fall seasons such as staging and cleaning golf carts.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for applicants who are:

• Friendly and Outgoing: Able to interact positively with guests and staff.

• Self-Motivated:Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision.

• A Team Player:Willing to collaborate closely with Pro Shop and Cart staff.

• Detail-Oriented:Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner.

• Ability touse a tablet: Basic to intermediate technology knowledge.

Qualifications

• Availability:Must be available to work a flexible schedule including morning afternoon evening and some weekend shifts

• Experience:Prior experience in golf and customer service is preferred

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
