Starbucks Manager

The Starbucks Manager is responsible for the overall operation profitability customer experience and team leadership of the in-store Starbucks kiosk. This position ensures the department delivers exceptional customer service maintains Starbucks brand standards drives sales growth and complies with all company food safety and Starbucks operational requirements. The Starbucks Manager leads and develops baristas while creating a welcoming café environment that enhances the customer shopping experience.

• Lead coach train and develop Starbucks team members including Assistant Starbucks Managers and Baristas.
• Recruit interview hire and onboard new café employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Foster a culture of customer service excellence accountability and teamwork.
• Create schedules that support staffing needs while managing labor costs.

• Deliver and promote exceptional customer service in accordance with Starbucks and company standards.

• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently.

• Execute promotional programs seasonal launches and merchandising initiatives.
• Maintain attractive product displays and merchandise presentations.
• Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Support execution of marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure promotional products and featured beverages are available and properly displayed.

• Manage ordering receiving inventory control and product replenishment.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels while minimizing spoilage and waste.
• Monitor food beverage supply and operating costs.
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and inventory reporting.

• Manage labor expenses and department profitability.
• Review sales productivity and operational reports regularly.
• Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales and financial goals.
• Support store-wide operational and financial objectives.

• Ensure compliance with all food safety sanitation health department and Starbucks requirements.
• Maintain proper food handling temperature monitoring and cleaning procedures.
• Ensure employees follow all safety policies and operational procedures.
• Promote a safe environment for customers and employees.

• Ensure beverages and food items are prepared according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
