Youll earn $26 / hour workday shift MondayThursday all while keeping your long weekends free for life outside of work.

As a Welder/Fabricator at Klute youll be part of a team building high-quality steel components for substation and transmission line projects nationwide. Youll take pride in precision craftsmanship and building infrastructure that powers communities.

What Youll Do:

• Read and interpret blueprints
• Lay out position align and tack components
• Perform high-quality GMAW welds
• Ensure products meet exact dimensional and quality specifications
• Use measuring tools to confirm proper fit-up before welding
• Operate a fork truck to move materials between workstations
• May assist with oxy-fuel cutting grinding handheld plasma cutting and hand tools
• Become certified to operate an overhead crane
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work area
• Report unsafe conditions or nonconforming products to leadership
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• AAS in Welding preferred (but not required)
• 5 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment
