Job Summary
NOW HIRING: Stamping Supervisor Racine WI
Were working with a well-established manufacturer in the Racine WI area that is looking to add an experienced Stamping Supervisor to their team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong progressive die-stamping background who can oversee daily operations lead a team across multiple shifts and keep production running at a high level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily stamping department operations across all three shifts
Develop and manage the production schedule based on customer demand
Coordinate with scheduling departments to align production priorities
Assist mechanics and die setters with changeovers and repairs
Ensure departmental procedures and safety protocols are followed
Coordinate cross-shift communication on issues cleanups and production updates
Requirements
Prior supervisory experience required
Progressive die / stamping experience required
Strong communication skills and ability to lead across multiple shifts
Computer proficiency required
This is a salaried exempt position with a strong benefits package.
