Now Hiring: Field Operations Specialist

AirGarage is seeking a reliable detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Operations Specialist.

If youre someone who enjoys working independently staying active and being outdoors this could be a great fit!

Responsibilities:

• Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates
• Ticket vehicles that are not in compliance
• Identify and flag vehicles requiring towing based on lot policies
• Provide feedback through the app on lot conditions and user experience
• Proactively identify document and report operational safety or maintenance issues to management

Schedule & Availability:

• Shift is for:6:00 PM 12:00 PM Monday - Saturday.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in any weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• iOS or Android device with basic smartphone proficiency
• Prior experience in customer service security enforcement or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required
